In this self-paced course, you’ll explore the essential elements of metabolic science, presented in a clear and straightforward way that anyone can grasp and apply. Metabolic science is complex, but I’ve distilled it into practical insights that are easy to follow and use in real-world settings—without overwhelming you.

The course includes 58 engaging video presentations (totaling about 12 hours of content), structured to reinforce and build on key concepts. This method ensures you gain confidence in the material as you progress.

Course Structure

• Part One: Foundational Knowledge
  This first part focuses on building a solid understanding of basic metabolic science, providing you with the tools to understand how the mind and body work together. By the end of this section, you’ll feel empowered and prepared to dive into the next phase.
• Part Two: Practical Application
  Designed for clinical hypnotists, this interactive portion takes the foundational knowledge and brings it to life. Delivered live via Zoom, you’ll join group sessions held two Sundays a month for three months, with each session lasting 4–6 hours. In these sessions, you’ll learn to apply these principles in clinical settings, tailoring them to meet the unique needs of each client.
